ADUS

Thoughtfully designed ADUs that expand the way you live.

At GHCD Studio, we approach every ADU as an extension of the property—not an afterthought.

Whether designed as a guest house, rental unit, multigenerational living space, creative studio, or private retreat, our focus is creating spaces that feel intentional, functional, and architecturally cohesive.

From feasibility studies and permitting to architectural design, interiors, and construction, we provide a seamless design-build experience tailored to each client and property.

We believe smaller spaces should never feel limiting.

Our ADUs are designed with the same level of detail and consideration as a full custom home—balancing architecture, interiors, landscape, and functionality into one cohesive experience.

From material selection to spatial planning, every detail is carefully considered to create spaces that feel elevated, warm, and connected to the surrounding environment.
